My gas was shut off! Can I book you to turn it on?Unfortunately, there are many variables to take into concideration as to why this has happened. Kindly give us a call and we'll look into your case to determine the best course of action.

I've been quoted several thousands of dollars to replace my aging furnace and do not have the funding to pay upfront. It's winter and I need heat!We understand that the cost of a furnace can get expensive. Why is your pricing not available online?While we would love to have a comprehensive price guide for our services, there are so many variables that we have to factor into each install as no one install is ever the same due to conditions of the mechanical room, materials required to complete the job to standards, and of course the length of time. We're always willing to faciliatate our clients to the best of our abilities in that regards though.

How do I book a service?You can choose through one of our many services directly from keepcoolmechanical.ca/services which will allow you to pick a date and time that's best for you. Online bookings accept all major credit cards in addition to Google Pay and Apple Pay for convivence.

Can I cancel or reschedule my service appointment?Absolutely! Simply go to the "my profile" tab on the top of the website next to the "menu" icon and click the "my bookings" tab in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that we allow up to 48 hours to reschedule all services appointments. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days.
